Vegan Leather
Neatly said, Vegan Leather is an imitation product, it is made from plants and plastic, also known as PU (Polyurethane) leather. This is an animal-friendly product but (because of the plastic) it is difficult to recycle.
Apple Leather
Apple leather, just like vegan leather, is an imitation product, which is made entirely from the residual product of apples, the fibers are dried and the powder is finally mixed with oils to make apple leather. Moreover, we are already seeing initiatives that can also make it from grapes and pineapples.

Nappa Leather
Nappa leather is a well-known name for a beautiful quality leather.Made of the grain leather and dyed through and through.Nappa is known for its softness and durability, it is very resistant to damage and therefore very suitable for small leather goods such as bags and wallets, but is also often used in furniture.
Split leather
Split leather. the name says it all, the leather skin is split into an upper and lower layer. The bottom layer is then called split leather (the inside). This is most commonly used with belts, shoes or gloves.
Bonded Leather
As true leather enthusiasts, we call this the "mince" of leather types. Residues are ground and pressed again. This does result in a slightly lower quality and a shorter lifespan, but we recycle to the last shred!
